Paradigm Benefits Group is an insurance brokerage specializing in employee benefits for companies with between 50 and 500 employees. Our target market chooses us and stays with us year after year because we deliver customer satisfaction through consistent delivery of the customer service attributes expressed in our 12 differentiatiors.

That’s PBG. We don’t have sales quotas, we don’t pay (or accept) bonuses or incentives. We don’t have a sales manager or layer upon layer of bureaucracy and we don’t play office politics. Actually, we don’t even sell anything. We educate, we inform and we present well thought out options and alternatives that meet the unique needs of our customers. PBG is much more of a service organization than a sales organization. Service is what drives us and what motivates us – it is why we exist.
