Boutique Agency
We are proud of what we are
We are a Boutique Agency
Boutique is defined as any small, exclusive business offering customized service.
That’s PBG. We don’t have sales quotas, we don’t pay (or accept) bonuses or incentives. We don’t have a sales manager or layer upon layer of bureaucracy and we don’t play office politics. Actually, we don’t even sell anything. We educate, we inform and we present well thought out options and alternatives that meet the unique needs of our customers. PBG is much more of a service organization than a sales organization. Service is what drives us and what motivates us – it is why we exist.
Not a big-name agency
We know that many companies prefer the prestige of working with a “big-name” agency. And we know some executives enjoy the lunches, the event tickets and the golf outings that come with the big agencies. And we know that many of the big agencies may dazzle would-be clients with glossy brochures and mounds of paper and studies and research, even though it is mostly boilerplate and meaningless to a client’s unique perspective. And they boast of millions of dollars in revenue.
Deep experience, old-world values
Yes, we know all of that and we also know that’s not us. And we also know that we can outdo, outwork and outperform many of the largest firms in the industry. We have a depth and breadth of knowledge, expertise and savvy that only comes from years of experience and hard work and we can say, with absolute confidence, that every member of this staff is honest, trustworthy and totally committed to the clients we serve.
We believe in a client-focused approach
Our exhibits and presentations are custom-tailored to each of our client’s specific needs. No two are alike and you won’t find company X’s name on company Y’s exhibits. We know our clients intricacies and their needs – we know them intimately. That’s because we’re “small.”
Talk to our customers, read our testimonials and review our credentials. We’re confident that there are some good people, who work for good companies, who share the same values as we do. We just need to find each other.
